select the product you would like to upgrade. Please make sure you
have your customer ID at hand. If you don't remember your customer
ID, please click here or contact us at crm@iridas.com
Reporting an issue
If you encounter
an issue that you'd like to report to our support team please help us
with sending information about your application and your system
configuration:
To contact IRIDAS support, send an email to support@iridas.com and include the following information:
Your customer ID
Problem description
Please include the contents of the IRIDAS log folder in your email. The files in the log folder tell us everything we need to know about your system configuration.
