Requesting License Files, Downloading Latest Releases

To download latest releases and to change licensing info please log on to your customer profile
at the secure customer area. Additional help documents:

Certified drivers for nVidia QuadroFX cards

To achieve best performance and stability please download the driver certified for your model number

Upgrades

To upgrade existing products, please log onto your customer profile and select the product you would like to upgrade. Please make sure you have your customer ID at hand. If you don't remember your customer ID, please click here or contact us at crm@iridas.com
 

Reporting an issue

If you encounter an issue that you'd like to report to our  support team please help us with sending information about your application and your system configuration:
- What' s the application you are using?
- What's the operating system?
- Which graphics card do you use?
- Which graphics card driver (win and linux only)

Please make sure to send us the log files of the IRIDAS application you're using.
