info please log on to
your customer profile
at the secure customer area.

To upgrade existing products, please log onto your
customer profile and
select the product you would like to upgrade. Please make sure you
have your customer ID at hand. If you don't remember your customer

Reporting an issue If you encounter
an issue that you'd like to report to our
support team please help us
with sending information about your application and your system
configuration:
- What' s the application you are using?
- What's the operating system?
- Which graphics card do you use?
- Which graphics card driver (win and linux only)
Please make sure to send us the
log files
of the IRIDAS application you're using.
