IRIDAS develops software for playback, color correction, and workflow automation. IRIDAS FrameCycler, SpeedGrade, and SequencePublisher products are used around the world in film and TV production, scientific research, and presentation venues.

IRIDAS applications are designed to function within a workflow which may include different OS environments, pipeline configurations, and, of course, other applications. All IRIDAS software uses an open architecture which is easily scripted to integrate into any pipeline on all three major platforms (Windows, Mac, and Linux) or mixed environments.

IRIDAS was founded in 2000 and is an independent, privately held company headquartered in Munich, Germany. IRIDAS customers include most major animation and postproduction houses such as Warner Bros. Feature Animation, Industrial Light and Magic, The Moving Picture Company, ReelFX, and many others.
 

Products

IRIDAS' FrameCycler applications provide playback of uncompressed content at HD, 2K, (and higher) resolutions. FrameCycler was the first software-based playback solution to work on standard computer hardware.

IRIDAS' SpeedGrade applications offer filmmakers a new approach to working with color. The IRIDAS .Look file format allows cinematographers and others to create and share creative looks providing consistency through the whole pipeline.
